Some times its not geography

If only this included a GMT/UTC option, it would be much more useful. A substitute like "London" isnt enough, since it would change with Daylight Savings Time.

It would also be nice to have 24 hour clocks for some cities and am/pm for others. Which time is in use is heavily culturally driven.
